Superlite CMS requirements

Superlite CMS is designed for ordinary shared hosting.

Required

• PHP 8.3 or later
• Apache compatible hosting for the current release
• PHP sessions
• JSON Support
• random_bytes() support
• ZipArchive or PharData
• A writable web root for the CMS account
• Support for blocking direct public access to Superlite data files

Recommended

• HTTPS
• PHP 8.4 or later
• GD image functions for image resizing and thumbnails
• Apache rewrite support for generated 301 redirects

Superlite verifies the most important requirements during installation and blocks installation if private data appears to be publicly readable.
