Superlite CMS Attribution License 1.0

This license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, modify and redistribute Superlite CMS, including for commercial websites, subject to the conditions below.

1. Required attribution

Every publicly accessible website that is generated by, published with, or administered using Superlite CMS under this free license must display a visible and functional hyperlink to:

The link text must contain the words "Superlite CMS". The standard attribution included with the software, "Powered by Superlite CMS", satisfies this requirement.

The attribution must remain reasonably visible to ordinary visitors. It must not be hidden, obscured, disabled, removed by CSS or JavaScript, or otherwise made inaccessible. The hyperlink must remain an ordinary crawlable link and must not use rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored" or rel="ugc".

2. Modifications

You may modify Superlite CMS and create derivative works, provided that websites using those modifications continue to comply with the attribution requirement in section 1.

You may not remove, disable, bypass or intentionally interfere with the built-in attribution while relying on this free license.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

8. Termination

Your rights under this free license terminate automatically if you materially breach its conditions. Your rights are reinstated when the breach is cured, unless the copyright holder has notified you in writing that the license remains terminated.

9. Entire license

This license governs the free use of Superlite CMS. If you have a separate written commercial agreement with the copyright holder, that agreement may replace or modify these terms for the use covered by that agreement.
