Superlite CMS changelog

0.9.0-beta.1

Released 30 August 2026.

This is the first public beta candidate and the point where the Superlite core feature set is frozen for beta testing.

The release includes static page publishing, Editor.js, media, navigation, SEO, 301 redirects, themes, modules, backup and restore, core updates, administrator accounts, favicon support, an application style admin interface and performance focused static rendering.

A release test also fixed ZIP uploads on hosting environments that provide PharData but not ZipArchive.

Future feature development should primarily happen through themes and modules. Core development during the beta period will focus on bugs, compatibility, security and essential performance fixes.
